SUMMER SAT CAMP
From the way the test is scored to its content, the SAT is a very unique test. In an effort to prevent summer learning loss, the Success Prep Summer SAT Camp is designed to help students retain the information previously learned about the SAT. In addition, the Summer SAT Camp will also keep students in the learning mode and enable them to use material learned throughout the school year. Students will be better prepared for the upcoming school year and transition easily from vacation to the classroom.
Students will learn:
- o A review of all the tested SAT concepts in Math, Critical reading & Essay. Our students go into the test with a clear understanding of what to expect on the SAT.
- o The framework of the new essay section and how to write their essays using the Collegeboard guidelines.
- o How to skip questions without being penalized
- o How the SAT is actually scored and use it to their advantage
- o Guessing is ok if you use the process of elimination.
- o You dont have to answer every question to get a high score, skipping questions they have no chance of getting will maximize their score because they wont lose points on skipped questions.

- Parking direction from 10th Street: Turn into campus on Hemphill Avenue. At the fork, bear right onto Ferst Drive and continue to the visitor lot across the street from the Student Health Center.
